Graduated from:
Littleton High School, Colorado, 1971;
Colorado State U., B.S., Mathematics, 1975;
Colorado State U., M.S., Economics, 1977; and

Professional specialties: natural resource and welfare economics, especially water resource economics.

Contributions: Five of my articles have been reprinted in six books (published 2001-2014) that assemble leading works in environmental or water economics. [OK, full disclosure: I am an editor of one of these books, but the two self-selected articles appearing in this book have also been reprinted in other books.]
